Puskesmas Tono Bakery is seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a growing bakery business in the heart of Deli Serdang. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store, managing staff, and driving sales growth. We are looking for someone who is passionate about baking, customer service, and has a strong leadership background.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.,Manage and train a team of employees to ensure high standards of customer service and product quality.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the Store Manager and senior management.,Participate in inventory counts and ensure accurate stock levels.,Promote the store's products and services to attract and retain customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in the food service or retail industry.,Proven experience in managing a team and driving sales growth.,Strong knowledge of inventory management and sales techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using basic computer software and point-of-sale systems.,Understanding of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is a plus.
