Hotel Adi Fried Chicken is seeking a talented Civil Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, construction, and maintenance of our hotel facilities. We are looking for a professional who is passionate about creating exceptional spaces and has a strong background in civil engineering.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and oversee the construction of new hotel facilities and infrastructure,Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations,Conduct site inspections and quality control to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget,Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality projects,Maintain and repair existing hotel facilities and infrastructure,Develop and implement sustainable construction practices,Prepare and submit construction plans, permits, and other required documentation,Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil engineering, preferably in the hospitality industry,Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other relevant design software,Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction practices,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation,Fluency in English is a plus
