📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department.

Manage and mentor a team of professionals.

Develop and implement strategies to improve departmental performance.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Monitor departmental budgets and expenses.

Report to senior management on departmental performance.

Identify and address any operational issues.

Foster a positive and productive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role.

Proven track record of success in a similar position.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Knowledge of industry best practices and trends.

Fluency in Indonesian and English.

Valid driver's license.
