📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring efficiency and productivity.,Manage a team of employees, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.,Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance and customer satisfaction.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.,Represent the company at industry events and meetings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with sales and marketing principles.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian business culture and practices.
