Glow Easy Berjaya is looking for a Deputy HR Generalist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the HR Manager in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and administrative tasks. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate follow-ups.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives.,Handle employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support.,Participate in HR meetings and contribute to the strategic planning of HR activities.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis.,Support the HR Manager in any other HR-related tasks as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a generalist role.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Fluency in Indonesian (both written and spoken) is a plus.,Previous experience in a multinational or international company is a plus.
