📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Greet and assist guests and visitors with a warm and professional manner.

Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and messages efficiently.

Manage front desk operations, including check-in and check-out procedures.

Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.

Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions.

Assist with event coordination and guest accommodations as needed.

Promote a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all visitors.

Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Minimum 1 year of experience in a front desk or receptionist role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Fluency in Indonesian and English is a must; proficiency in other languages is a plus.

Good organizational and time management skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Friendly and approachable demeanor.

Computer literate with experience in office software.
