General Manager - Facility Operations

OCS is seeking a dynamic General Manager - Facility Operations to lead our team in managing world-class facilities across Bali. This strategic role offers the opportunity to oversee large-scale portfolios, drive operational excellence, and ensure seamless facility management in vibrant locations like Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.

As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing a team of 20-30 professionals, and implementing best practices to enhance facility performance. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in facility management, preferably in the hospitality or resort industry.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Manage a team of 20-30 professionals, providing leadership and mentorship.
• Implement and monitor facility maintenance schedules using software like SAP or Oracle.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance facility performance and efficiency.
• Ensure seamless guest experience by managing front desk operations and housekeeping services.
• Oversee budgeting and financial reporting for facility operations.
• Conduct regular facility audits to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Hotel Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in facility management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale portfolios and driving operational excellence.
• Certification in Facility Management (CFM) or similar is a plus.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in using facility management software like SAP or Oracle.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
