📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the company's financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements.,Oversee the accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments and collections.,Manage the company's cash flow and liquidity, ensuring adequate funds are available for operations.,Provide financial advice and recommendations to senior management on financial matters.,Monitor and report on key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to track the financial health of the company.,Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders, including investors, auditors, and management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance management role, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficient in financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with financial reporting and regulatory requirements is a plus.
