The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting our IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operation of our systems, and providing technical support to our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and troubleshoot IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.,Provide technical support to employees, including software and hardware issues.,Monitor network performance and ensure data security.,Install, configure, and update software and hardware as needed.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Conduct regular backups and disaster recovery exercises.,Provide training and support to end-users on IT systems and software.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.,Familiarity with common IT issues and troubleshooting techniques.,Good communication and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with basic cybersecurity principles and practices.
