📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in planning and organizing banquet events, including coordinating with vendors and service providers.,Prepare and manage event schedules, timelines, and budgets.,Assist in the setup and breakdown of banquet facilities, ensuring they are ready for events.,Provide excellent customer service to clients and guests, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.,Assist in the preparation and serving of food and beverages during events.,Maintain accurate records of event details and client information.,Assist in the training and development of new staff members.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the events team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within the hospitality or event industry.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with event planning software and tools.,Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
