📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the company's financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.,Develop and implement financial strategies to ensure the company's financial health and growth.,Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals to achieve company goals.,Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards.,Prepare and analyze financial reports to support decision-making.,Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including banks, auditors, and tax authorities.,Identify and implement cost-saving measures and opportunities for financial growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and financial regulations.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
