📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities while ensuring compliance with all tax laws and regulations.,Prepare and file all tax returns, including corporate, payroll, and individual tax returns.,Conduct regular tax audits and reviews to identify potential tax risks and opportunities.,Provide tax advice and guidance to the management team and employees.,Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations and ensure the company's compliance.,Lead a team of tax professionals and ensure they are trained and motivated.,Collaborate with external tax advisors and accountants to ensure accurate and timely tax filings.,Monitor and report on tax expenses and deductions to ensure optimal financial performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Taxation, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax accounting, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.,Proficiency in using tax software and accounting systems.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Professional certification in taxation (e.g., CPA, CMA, or equivalent) is a plus.
