📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize logistics operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.,Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and transportation providers to ensure smooth logistics flow.,Monitor inventory levels and order fulfillment to prevent stockouts and overstocking.,Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Provide regular reports and updates on logistics performance to management.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to logistics operations.,Train and mentor junior staff on logistics procedures and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
