📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the parts department, ensuring efficient inventory management and customer satisfaction.
• Manage relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely delivery and competitive pricing.
• Lead and mentor a team of parts specialists, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Implement and monitor inventory control systems, such as SAP or similar ERP software.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in parts management or a similar role in the automotive industry.
• Proven track record of successful inventory management and customer satisfaction.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in using inventory management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
