Depot Hana Tea is looking for a Production Supervisor to oversee and manage the production process in our Depok facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production management and a passion for quality tea production. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the production process to ensure efficient and effective operations.,Monitor production schedules and ensure that production targets are met.,Inspect and test products to ensure quality standards are met.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth production operations.,Maintain and improve production processes to increase efficiency and productivity.,Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.,Manage and mentor production team members to ensure high performance and morale.,Conduct regular production meetings to discuss progress and address any issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in production management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control standards.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with tea production processes and quality standards.,Experience with production scheduling and inventory management.,Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
