📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.,Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement.,Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and minimal downtime.,Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with all safety regulations.,Manage inventory levels and order materials as needed.,Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.,Collaborate with other departments to meet production goals and deadlines.,Maintain accurate records of production activities and performance metrics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a production supervisory role.,Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control methods.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with ERP or production management software is a plus.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
