📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist guests arriving at the reception area,Answer and direct incoming calls and messages,Check-in and check-out guests according to hotel policies,Maintain accurate and up-to-date guest records,Handle front desk transactions, including payments and refunds,Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions,Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth operations,Monitor and enforce hotel security and safety protocols

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or front desk position,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities,Familiarity with hotel management software and systems,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages,Good knowledge of local area and attractions
