My Artlife is seeking a dynamic and multilingual Sales & Marketing cum HR Executive to join our team in Bali. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about both sales and human resources, with a strong command of the Mandarin language. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving our sales and marketing efforts while also managing our HR operations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive customer acquisition.,Manage and grow the company's sales pipeline, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals.,Oversee HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance with local labor laws.,Coordinate with the marketing team to create and distribute promotional materials, manage social media, and organize events.,Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and ensure all HR processes are in compliance with company policies and regulations.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to support the company's growth and success.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.,Strong command of the Mandarin language, both written and spoken.,Experience in HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels of the organization.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools, such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRIS, and payroll systems.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with the Indonesian market and culture is a plus.
