In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing our sales team, setting sales targets, and ensuring that our products are sold effectively. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the sales team,Set and monitor sales targets,Conduct regular sales meetings and provide coaching and support to the sales team,Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities,Ensure that sales processes and procedures are followed,Provide regular reports to management on sales performance

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or a related field,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Experience in using sales software and tools,Familiarity with the sales industry and market trends,Ability to travel as required
