Tanggung Jawab:

• Leading and managing a team of professionals in the maritime sector.
• Overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Developing and implementing strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Monitoring and analyzing performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensuring the safety and well-being of all team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as maritime studies, business administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the maritime industry.
• Proven track record of success in managing teams and operations.
• Strong understanding of maritime regulations and industry standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
• Valid sea service record (SSR) or equivalent experience.
