📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and oversee the development and implementation of clinical governance policies and procedures.,Ensure compliance with national and international healthcare regulations and standards.,Conduct regular audits and assessments of clinical processes to identify areas for improvement.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including healthcare providers, regulatory bodies, and other key partners.,Monitor and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for enhancing clinical governance and quality.,Provide strategic guidance and support to clinical teams to improve patient outcomes and safety.,Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and best practices in clinical governance and quality.,Represent NUHS at national and international forums and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, public health, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in clinical governance and quality assurance.,Proven track record of successfully implementing and managing clinical governance programs.,Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards, including Joint Commission International (JCI) and ISO standards.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with Indonesian healthcare system and culture is a plus.,Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and diverse environment.
