📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
  • Manage and train the production team, providing clear instructions and guidance.
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Conduct regular quality checks to maintain high standards.
  • Report production progress and any issues to the management team.
  • Implement and monitor production schedules to meet daily targets.
  • Promote a positive and productive work environment.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a production supervisory role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of inventory management and supply chain processes.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Understanding of health and safety regulations in the food industry.
  • Familiarity with coffee production processes is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
