📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and coordinate end-to-end air cargo import operations, from booking and documentation to delivery.
• Collaborate with international clients to understand their specific requirements and provide tailored solutions.
• Work with our global network of agents, airlines, and partners to ensure smooth and efficient cargo movements.
• Monitor and manage cargo shipments using industry-leading tools such as SAP, CargoWise, and other logistics software.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and customs procedures.
• Provide exceptional customer service, acting as a key point of contact for clients and internal teams.
• Analyze and optimize import processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to enhance our air cargo operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in air cargo operations, preferably in an import role.
• Proven experience with logistics software such as SAP, CargoWise, or similar.
• Strong understanding of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and air cargo documentation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English, with knowledge of other languages an advantage.
