📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain accurate cost estimates and budgets for civil engineering projects.
• Monitor project costs and prepare regular progress reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, contracts, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with project teams to resolve cost-related issues and ensure timely project delivery.
• Prepare and analyze cost data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve project efficiency.
• Assist in the preparation of tender documents and contract negotiations.
• Provide technical support to project managers and engineers as needed.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in cost management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in civil engineering projects.
• Proficient in using cost management software such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian construction industry standards and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with sustainability principles and practices.
• Certification in Quantity Surveying or relevant professional qualifications is a plus.
