📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere.
- Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently, using our property management system (PMS).
- Provide information about hotel facilities, local attractions, and services.
- Assist guests with any requests or concerns, ensuring their satisfaction.
- Monitor the lobby area to ensure it is clean, tidy, and welcoming.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
- Uphold the hotel's standards of professionalism and hospitality.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve service quality.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Knowledge of basic computer skills, including the use of property management systems (PMS).
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations and challenges.
