📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding, ensuring a smooth transition for new and departing employees.
• Maintain employee records using HRIS (Human Resource Information System) such as BambooHR or Workday.
• Facilitate employee engagement activities and surveys to gather feedback and improve workplace culture.
• Handle employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to employees and managers.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.
• Stay up-to-date with HR trends and best practices, and share knowledge with the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a logistics or similar industry.
• Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of HRIS (Human Resource Information System) such as BambooHR, Workday, or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proactive and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
