📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations of multiple Peach Garden locations, ensuring adherence to company standards and guest satisfaction
• Manage and develop a high-performing team of 20+ staff members, including supervisors and frontline employees
• Implement and monitor operational strategies using QuickBooks and Salesforce to drive sales growth and efficiency
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure consistent quality of ingredients and products
• Conduct regular staff training and performance evaluations to foster a culture of excellence
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to corporate management
• Handle guest complaints and concerns, ensuring resolution while maintaining the brand's reputation
• Participate in corporate events and initiatives to promote the Peach Garden brand

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant operations management, preferably in premium dining or similar high-end hospitality settings
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple locations and teams
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff
• Proficiency in using QuickBooks and Salesforce for operational management and reporting
• Understanding of local market trends and consumer preferences in the Bali hospitality industry
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred but not required)
• Certification in Hospitality Operations or related field (preferred)
