Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee and manage daily production operations to ensure efficient and effective output.

  • Develop and implement production schedules and plans to meet customer demands and quality standards.
  • Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards in the manufacturing environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and innovation.
  • Manage inventory and supply chain to ensure smooth production processes.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, quality, and cost-efficiency.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production management role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proven track record of improving production efficiency and quality.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and practices.
  • Familiarity with ERP and MES systems.
