📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create and curate engaging content for our main social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Develop and implement content strategies that align with our brand's mission and values.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute content campaigns.
• Monitor and analyze social media performance using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights.
• Engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and reviews.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing.
• Create high-quality visual and video content, including photos, videos, and graphics.
• Ensure all content complies with our brand guidelines and legal requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in social media content creation or a related role.
• Proven track record of creating engaging and trendy content for social media platforms.
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms and trends.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian.
• Proficiency in using social media management tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
• Familiarity with graphic design software like Adobe Photoshop or Canva.
